Casablanca, Morocco
Traveling to Morocco and staying in Casablanca was an intense and fascinating experience. Casablanca is a vibrant African metropolis where tradition and modern life collide—energetic, loud, warm, and full of contrasts.
The city never really slows down. Street life unfolds everywhere: markets, cafés, traffic, ocean air, and daily routines blending into a constantly moving scene. From quiet moments in the Medina to the wide boulevards shaped by French colonial architecture, Casablanca offers countless visual layers and stories waiting to be discovered.
One of the undeniable highlights is the Hassan II Mosque, dramatically located right on the Atlantic coast. Its scale, craftsmanship, and spiritual presence are overwhelming—both architecturally and emotionally. Walking along the Corniche, feeling the ocean breeze and watching the city meet the sea, added another powerful dimension to the experience.
Casablanca is not a city that tries to impress—it simply is. Raw, authentic, and full of life. Photographing it means observing closely, embracing imperfection, and capturing moments that reflect the pulse of everyday life. A city that stays with you long after you leave, rich in atmosphere, culture, and human stories.
